What's this?

A set of 124 tweetcarts I made between January 1st and December 31st of 2017. The source code and GIFs for every cart are available as separate downloads (the total filesize of the GIFs is pretty big, so no web browser this time around).

What's a tweetcart?

A cartridge for the PICO-8 fantasy console with 140 characters or less (i.e. a cart that can fit in a tweet)! @ADAMATOMIC started the idea with #tweetjam, and there are a whole bunch on Twitter and in this thread on the PICO-8 BBS.

Twitter expanded their character limit to 280 in the fall, so the later tweetcarts go up to 280 as well.
